GS-22-23-03 - Annual Traffic Sign Materials

The City of Santa Clarita will require sign supplies from time to time throughout the year. The City does not guarantee a minimum quantity of product will be purchased as a result of this contract. The following estimated quantities are based upon quantities purchased during the preceding year, and are not a guarantee that similar quantities will be purchased. The City reserves the right to increase or decrease quantity purchased based upon actual needs without penalty or adjustment of bid unit prices. Bidders will be expected to accept such changes without adjustment to the contract prices. The City reserves the right to order more or less than the quantity listed.
