Description

Project M3035 will construct the replacement of pool deck concrete and pool plaster for both the 25-meter and 50-meter pools. Included within (but not limited to) the Scope of The Work is pressure-testing the main drain lines 'preduring-post’ construction, the replacement of the numerous embedded anchors for various pool equipment, hinged surge pit lids, deck drainage components within the replaced concrete sections, the ‘protection-in-place’ of buried conduits, cables, and lines, replacement of the physical components of the DAKtronics Timing/Scoring System found in the pool and in/on the pool deck, and coordination of inspection and approval processes with Los Angeles County Department of Health. This project must be constructed between August 8, 2022 and January 20, 2023.
