The City of Santa Clarita is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified Energy Service Companies (ESCO) for the development and implementation of Citywide energy efficiency upgrades consistent with the provisions of CA Government Code sections 4217.10 – 4217.18 that will provide sustained efficiencies and energy cost savings. The City will work with a single entity/proposer in a phased approach to the entire project.
