The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a contract with a qualified vendor to provide the Clean-Up Services to remove all junk, trash, debris, refuse, and miscellaneous items from previously identified homeless encampment sites Citywide. This may include sites on public right-of-way, open space, trails, and riverbeds. The City requires well-managed and financially sound individuals or firms with demonstrated skills and the ability to manage and oversee complex projects.
