The City is seeking bid proposals for the replacement of HVAC equipment in the guard office at the Jan Heidt Newhall Metrolink Station, 24300 Railroad Avenue, and the Santa Clarita Metrolink Station, 22122 Soledad Canyon Road. The goal of the construction project is to provide new replacement split system units, complete with new fully-insulated refrigerant piping line sets, new fan coil unit, new air-cooled condensing unit, and reconnecting the existing supply air and
return air ducting to the new fan coil unit using new sheet-metal adapters.
