RCS-22-23-05 - Printing, Mailing Preparation and Delivery of Seasons Magazine

Proposals are being solicited for the printing, postage preparation, sorting and mailing of the City of Santa Clarita’s Seasons Magazine. This is a quarterly publication; the initial contract will be for one (1) year including four (4) prints and mailing cycles. Our schedule allows for two weeks (10 working days) from the day final artwork is released, to delivery to the Santa Clarita Bulk Mail Entry Unit. The printing of the magazine must be high quality, have accurate color, clean pages (no ghosting, dirt marks or spots), sharp images and body type. Occasionally there will be an insert that needs to be printed, perforated and inserted into the magazine.
