Description

The City of Santa Clarita is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to create an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Santa Clarita Commerce Center Project (project). The project is being processed under Master Case 20-091, which consists of the following entitlements:
• Architectural Design Review 20-014: An Architectural Design Review (ADR) is required for all new development projects.
• Conditional Use Permit 22-007: A Conditional Use Permit (CUP) is required for buildings exceeding 35 feet in height in the Industrial (I) zone.
• Development Review 20-009: A Development Review (DR) is required for all new development projects.
• Environmental Impact Report 22-001: An Environmental Impact Report (EIR) is required under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) to analyze project impacts that are potentially significant.
