The City is seeking bid proposals for the replacement of HVAC equipment servicing offices, storage room, break rooms, and meeting rooms in Building B, the Bus Maintenance building at the TMF located at 28250 Constellation Road, Santa Clarita, CA 91355. The goal of the construction project is to provide eleven (11) new replacement Split System Air Cooled Heat Pump units, complete with UVC Germicidal Light devices installed, servicing the Bus Maintenance building (Building B) at the TMF, maintaining the Gold LEED Certification of the facility.
