The City is seeking design proposals for the replacement of each piece of HVAC equipment and its controlling system at the TMF located at 28250 Constellation Road, Santa Clarita, CA 91355. The goal of the design effort is to provide new replacement equipment and the building management system to control the equipment conditioning the occupied spaces in the several buildings at the TMF, maintaining the Gold LEED Certification of the facility.
