The scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to, the following activities: demolition of existing HVAC equipment inside mechanical room and from roofs, preparation of the equipment mounting surfaces – concrete pads of roof curbs, anchoring the new equipment properly, reconnecting the NEW equipment to the existing electrical, piping, controlling system wiring, and ductwork, testing and balancing the air flows of the NEW, reconnected equipment systems, there will be included training for the maintenance staff on the operation of the NEW equipment.
