RFP 2023-6 - CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE LOMAS SANTA FE DRIVE IMPROVEMENT PROJ

The city is moving into the construction phase of the Lomas Santa Fe Drive Improvement Project – East of Interstate 5. Plans for the project are approximately 95 percent complete and it is expected that the project will be ready to advertise for construction bids in the second half of 2024. Through this Request for Qualifications/Proposals, the city is soliciting qualifications and proposals for construction management services for the project.
The primary focus of this project is to construct pedestrian and bicycle improvements such as a concrete multi-use path with decomposed granite (DG) shoulders; construct medians; provide landscape and hardscape improvements; and construct drainage upgrades using low-impact development standards. The entire project will take place within the public right of way, will not affect the south side curb alignment and will not disturb any areas that were not previously disturbed by past construction of Lomas Santa Fe Drive.
