The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, supervision, labor and incidentals required to complete the above stated project. The work includes demolition and replacement of the existing play structures, play surfacing, grading, drainage improvements, landscaping and irrigation. A portion of the new play equipment will be purchased by the City and a portion of the new play equipment will be purchased by the contractor. The contractor will be responsible to coordinate delivery, store materials on site and installation of the new play equipment.
