Contractors shall provide five (5) physical copies or an electronic (PDF) copy via email of their proposal by the submittal deadline. Electronic copies can be emailed to kminatrea@29palms.org. Hard copy proposals shall be delivered no later than the submittal deadline to:

If the Contractor is in doubt as to the meaning of any part of this RFP or finds discrepancies or omissions, the Contractor shall submit to the City a written request for information or clarification prior to 10/04/2023, at 1:00 PM. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing to the attention of Kary Minatrea, either in hard copy or via email at: kminatrea@29palms.org. No information will be provided in person or over the phone. Contractors are prohibited from contacting members of the City Council or staff regarding this
submittal. Failure to adhere to this provision shall be cause for disqualification from this process. It is the Contractor's responsibility alone to ensure that the Proposal is received by the City
prior to the hour and date noted in this RFP. Any submittals received after that hour and date shall be returned unopened.
