INSPECTION OF SITE, PRE-BID CONFERENCE AND SITE WALK: Each prospective bidder is responsible for fully acquainting itself with conditions of the Site and those relating to construction of the Work, fully understanding the facilities, difficulties and restrictions which may affect the cost or effort required to complete the Work. To this end, a Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference and Site Walk will be held at the Project Site on the date and time indicated in the Notice Inviting Bids. We will meet in the parking area just to the north of the project site.
