Description

The City of Visalia is requesting proposals from qualified and experienced firms of certified public accountants for conducting the Annual Comprehensive Financial Audit of the City’s financial records to express an opinion on the City’s general purpose financial statements and supplemental financial schedules as well as other items detailed in the RFP-23-24-53 document.
The initial contract term shall be for a three (3) year period and shall, at the City’s option and with the consent of the Consultant, be extended for an additional two (2) year period. Proposals are being sought from vendors who have a proven record of experience in providing the services required by this Invitation to Bid.
