Non - Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting. A non-mandatory pre-Bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at City Hall, 707 W. Acequia Ave. Attendance at this meeting is not required to submit a Bid in response to this RFB but is encouraged. Information regarding the project will be provided at that time. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to have acquired full knowledge of the job site, scope of work and any problems or difficulties that may affect the work proposed.
