RFP NO. 23-24-37 - DESIGN SERVICES FOR OUTFIELD FENCE REPLACEMENT

City of Visalia is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide design services to replace approximately 275 feet of an existing 12-foot-tall plywood outfield fence at Valley Strong Ballpark (commonly known as Rawhide Ballpark or Recreation Park Stadium) located at 300 No. Giddings Street, Visalia, CA to bring it into compliance with MiLB/MLB requirements for outfield fencing and at a minimum meet ASTM F2000-19 guidelines for fences. The services to be provided by the awarded consultant shall include professional project management and design services that will result in complete, buildable, construction documents including Improvement Plans, Construction Specifications, and an Engineer's Estimate of probable construction costs. The construction package shall allow the City to successfully bid and construct the project.
