The City of Visalia is seeking proposals from qualified firms for professional services to prepare Programmatic
Environmental Impact Reports for the in-progress Sewer Master Plan and Storm Master Plan updates in accordance
with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
SUBMITTAL DEADLINE:
One (1) unbound original and four (4) copies must be received no later than: 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 8,
2023. Proposals received after the time and date stated above shall be returned unopened to the proposer.

Sealed Proposals will be received at the office of the Purchasing Division, City Hall West, 707 W. Acequia, Visalia,
California 93291, until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 8, 2023, for Professional Services to prepare Storm and
Sewer Master Plan Environmental Impact Reports. Proposals are being sought from firms who have a proven record
of experience in providing the services required by this request for proposals.
No proposer conference will be held for this project however it shall be the responsibility of the proposer to have
acquired full knowledge of the scope of work and any problems or difficulties that may affect the work proposed. Direct
questions regarding this project to the Purchasing Department via email: purchasing@visalia.city. Questions must be
received by Thursday, August 31, 2023.
