The City of Visalia Purchasing Division is soliciting Bids for one (1) Airfield Sweeper for the Visalia Airport, per the specifications of this RFB. The successful bidder shall be responsible for providing all services and products necessary to fulfill the requirements of this Invitation to Bid, including delivery in fully-operational condition as specified, unloading & operational performance testing, and required training. Awarded Bidder is also required to deliver manuals and warranty as specified, title and registration documents and all incidentals.
The purchase of this Airfield Sweeper is being funded in whole or in part by means of a grant made by the United States acting through the Federal Aviation Administration of the Department of Transportation. This purchase is subject to the Federal provisions, statutes and regulations as set forth in this document. Federal procurement requirements provided in 2 CFR 200 shall be in effect.

Approved Budget for this item: $270,000. Award of this project is contingent upon a grant offer from the Federal Aviation Administration and acceptance of the grant offer by the City of Visalia.
