SW-23-14969a - Phase IV Module 1 GWPS and Phase III Final Closure Project

The project generally consists of construction of a groundwater protection composite liner system and landfill cell final closure including leachate collection and recovery system, and site stormwater improvements. Work primarily consists of clearing/demolition, earthwork including mass excavation, engineered fills, and stockpiling, subgrade preparation for geosynthetics, geosynthetics deployment, aggregate base roads, leachate gravel import/deployment, protective soil cover placement, stormwater improvements, and other miscellaneous items.
