Description

Through this Request for Proposoal (RFP) solicitation, the City of Watsonville Engineering Division is seeking an experienced individual or firm to serve as the Watsonville - Pavement Program Manager for the next year with two (2) optional one-year extensions for a total of up to three (3) years. The Pavement Program Manager will report directly to the City Engineer and will be responsible for overseeing development and implementation of the program to help the City provide oversight and transparency in the expenditure of the pavement program.
