11172-3 - JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR CITY FACILITIES PROJECT NO. 11172-3

The work to be done generally consists of furnishing all labor, materials, necessary tools, equipment, supervision, appurtenances, and all utility and transportation services required for facility janitorial services at City Hall, Police Station, Yucaipa Community Center, Scherer Community Center/Nutrition Center, and the Yucaipa Performing Arts Center (YPAC).  This service is to include vacuuming, dusting, trash collection, sweeping and mopping all floors, restocking of toiletries, cleaning counter tops, steam cleaning ceramic tile flooring throughout the facilities, cleaning lower entry doors and windows, spot cleaning office windows, dusting mini blinds in accordance with the specifications prepared for this project and other provisions of the Contract.

Any work or component of this work not specifically addressed shall be considered ancillary to the associated work and shall be considered as included within the various items of work.
