The City of Yucaipa (hereinafter referred to as the "CITY") is requesting qualifications/proposals for Materials and Soils Inspection and Testing Services on various projects throughout the City as required during the Fiscal Years 2024/2025, 2025/2026, & 2026/2027. Over $15 million in capital improvements is proposed in the Capital Improvement Program budget for either design or construction for which the City will need Materials and Soils Inspection and Testing Services. Funding for these projects may include local, state, and federal funding.
