Description

The County of Tulare (County) invites proposals for offer of a contract to be submitted to the
Purchasing Agent to supply Grounds Maintenance Services at various County locations for General
Service Agency. Such contract will be for a period of Three (3) years effective October 1, 2023 and
ending June 30, 2026. However, the County of Tulare reserves the right to terminate the Contract,
with or without cause, by giving a thirty (30) day written notice of intent to terminate.
