Additional Bidding Instructions

The Tulare County Purchasing Agent invites bids to be submitted for the purchase of OFFICE FURNITURE AND MODULAR FURNITURE INSTALLATION – MATERIAL CONTRACT as required. Such contract will be effective beginning January 1, 2025, and ending December 31, 2027.

BIDDERS QUESTIONS: Bidders may submit any question they have pertaining to this Request for Bid to https://www.bidnetdirect.com/california/countyoftulare/. Any and all questions must be submitted by 5:00 P.M. November 07, 2024, in order to be considered. Questions and answers will be distributed to all bidders only if necessary to clarify substantive items raised. No changes and/or additions will be made to this Request for Bid within forty (40) working hours of its closing date.

AWARD OF BID: The County will consider a contract covering all the requirements for use by all County departments. Award may be to more than one vendor. Bid on any or all items.

ATTACHED SHEETS: The attached sheets indicate the condition of the bid and contract, specifications, utilizing departments and agencies, and estimated quantities of the products to be used for one (1) year. Quantities estimated will be used for basis of award and are based on past year’s usage.
