Description

The County of Tulare (County) invites proposals for offer of a contract to be submitted to the
Purchasing Agent to supply WebCMS implementation and data migration services for the
County of Tulare. Such contract will be for a period of 4 of Years from the effective DATE OF
THE CONTRACT. However, the County of Tulare reserves the right to terminate the Contract,
with or without cause, by giving a thirty (30) day written notice of intent to terminate.
