Description

The County of Tulare is seeking proposals for the provision of non-medical Substance Use Disorder
(hereinafter referred to as “SUD”) Services to individuals in need of prevention, treatment, and
recovery support from qualified non-profit organizations. Additionally, in response to the new federal
requirements, Tulare County anticipates an increase in referrals related to AB 2106, which pertains
to the criminal justice population. This RFP aims to increase access to quality SUD services for
individuals suffering from addiction and co-occurring disorders with a focus on evidence-based
approaches, community integration, and long-term recovery.
