The County of Tulare invites proposals for offer of a contract to be submitted to the Purchasing Agent to supply Family Check-Up
Services Program for Tulare County Health and Human Services as required. Such contract will be for a period of approximately
three (3) fiscal years effective July 01, 2023, and ending June 30, 2025. However, the County of Tulare reserves the right to
terminate the contract, with or without cause, by giving a thirty (30) day written notice of intent to terminate.
