The Water Authority anticipates a need for construction cost estimating and constructability review services on an as-needed basis for upcoming projects to meet budget and appropriation targets. Third-party professional estimates are needed to supplement those performed by Project Managers. Scope also includes constructability reviews and value engineering proposals when appropriate.
