The North Coast County Water District is seeking bids from qualified contractors to provide construction services for the Headquarters Project.The scope of work shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and services required to perform all appurtenant work necessary to construct the Headquarters Project. The scope of work for this project includes but is not limited to, the demolition of the existing one-story auto repair bay and District headquarters building, construction of a new two story 9,673 SQFT space and seismic upgrades to the existing maintenance building, construction of a new separate 1,290 SQFT shop building, and site improvements.
