The purpose of the Driscoll Ranch Agricultural Well Project (Project) is to provide construction services for the installation of a water well for agricultural purposes to support Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District’s Conservation Grazing Program within the Driscoll Ranch area of La Honda Creek Open Space Preserve. The scope of work shall include drilling the well hole, installing well casing and screen, installing steel casing at top 20 feet, installing sand pack and sanitary seal, downhole logging, installing a concrete pad, and containing/handling drill spoils during work as further detailed and described herein as the Contract Documents.

Notice Is Hereby Given that the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District (District) will receive bids at the Office of the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District, 5050 El Camino Real, Los Altos, CA on or before 11:00 a.m. on February 5, 2025 for the furnishing of all labor, materials and services required for the Driscoll Ranch Agricultural Well Project. Bids shall be publicly opened in the District Administration Office, at the address above, on February 5, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. or shortly thereafter.
Pre-Bid Meetings:
There is one non-mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit; scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on January 23, 2025.
