The Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District (“District”) is pleased to announce the opportunity to provide professional geotechnical engineering services for the Madonna Creek Pond Dam Repair Project (Project) at Miramontes Ridge Open Space Preserve.

RFPQ and Contract Award Schedule
The follow is a tentative schedule and is subject to change.
12/10/24: RFPQ Issued
1/9/25: RSVP deadline for mandatory site walk by 4 PM the day prior
1/14/25: RSVP deadline for mandatory site walk by 4 PM the day prior
1/15/25: Deadline for requests for additional information and questions by 4 PM
1/22/25: Deadline to receive proposals
1/24/25: Firm presentations/ interviews ( if deemed necessary)
1/27/25: Begin negotaions with top-ranked firm(s)
2/7/25: General Manager approves contract

Proposal Deadline
One (1) copy of each final proposal is to be submitted in electronic format (Microsoft Word and/or Adobe PDF) by 4 PM, January 22, 2025, to Sean Yao, Capital Project Manager I, (syao@openspace.org). The District at its sole discretion may grant an extension to all candidates if circumstances require additional time.
