Description

The Port of Oakland (Port) has issued this RFP or RFQ (Request) to solicit Statements of Qualifications (Response), from qualified consultants (Respondent) for on-call Portwide pavement assessment, pavement management and engineering design services for non-federally funded projects. The firms selected will provide services for a four-year period with two one-year options to extend. The budget for all projects described is expected to not exceed $16,000,000 for all contracts over the initial 4-year term with two, one-year options to extend. The selected firms expected to be under contract with the Port by October 2024.
