The Port of Oakland (Port) has issued this RFP or RFQ (Request) to solicit statements of qualifications (Response), from qualified consultants (Respondent) for on-call civil utility design services. The firms selected will provide services for a four-year period with two one-year options to extend. The budget for all projects described is expected to not exceed $6,000,000 for all contracts over the initial 4-year term and any subsequent extensions. The selected firms are expected to be under contract with the Port by October 2024.
