The work in general consists of abatement, demolition, removal, and disposal of the former Juvenile Justice Center (approximately 21,245 sq. ft.) located at 2680 Radio Lane, Redding, California. New security chain link fencing (450 lineal feet) and gate to be installed after demolition. Contractor shall follow procedures contained in the Hazardous Materials Abatement Work Plan. Contractor shall also provide temporary and permanent (BMP) erosion control measures.
