The work includes demolition, clearing, grubbing, grading, earthwork, and paving; Constructing of concrete curbs and gutters, pavement striping; Removal and relocation of existing signing; Installation of electrical wiring to gate motor and tie to building power; Installation of galvanized steel chain link fence with slats and a floating automated sliding access gate as well as a manual gate near original entrance of building; Installing drainage pipe tied into existing gutters; Installing a exterior door to aggregate parking lot.

Bids received after this time will not be accepted. The Department will open and publicly read bids at the above address immediately after the specified closing time. Telephone and telefax proposals will not be accepted.
