County of Shasta (“County”) is seeking qualified providers of architectural and engineering services for design and competitive procurement (the “Services”) as described in this Request for Proposals (RFP) to remove and dispose of existing evaporative air-cooling units and ceiling-mounted direct heat gas heaters and replace them with Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) package unit(s) for the Multi-Use Room of the Anderson Veterans Memorial Hall, 3210 West Center St., Anderson, CA.

This RFP is intended to establish the specifications, terms, and conditions governing the selection of a firm to provide the Services to the County. All proposals shall be in the form and format specified in the RFP section entitled “Proposal Format and Content.”

Break down the fee into labor, subcontractor fees, if any, and expenses. Fees shall include all tax, mark-ups, overhead, and profit. The cost estimate should be broken out into time estimates and costs for each task identified in the scope of work. The Agreement shall provide payment for the work up to a not-to-exceed amount.

The estimated fee shall be submitted electronically in “Envelope 2 – Pricing,” and will not be opened by County until the technical review of the proposal has been completed. Do not state your fee/cost for services anywhere in the body of your proposal.
