County will conduct a pre-bid conference and site visit starting at 10:00 a.m., March 13, 2024. Meet at the project site at 2650 Breslauer Way, Redding, CA, outside the north side of the building, at the entrance to the Public Health Lab. The pre-bid conference is not mandatory. However, the bidder is required to sign that they have familiarized themselves with the local conditions including, but not limited to inspecting in and around the work areas, operating hours of the building, access to areas of the building, and building security requirements.

The Department will receive bids until 11:00 a.m., on March 21, 2024, at the Shasta County Clerk of the Board, 1450 Court Street, Suite 308B, Redding, California 96001. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. The Department will open and publicly read the bids at the above address immediately after the specified closing time.
