Break down the fee into labor, subcontractor fees, if any, and expenses. Fees shall include all tax, mark-ups, overhead, and profit. The cost estimate should be broken out into time estimates and costs for each task identified in the scope of work. The Agreement shall provide payment for the work up to a not-to-exceed amount.

The estimated fee will not be opened by County until the technical review of the proposal has been completed. Do not state your fee/cost for services anywhere in the body of your proposal.
