This project consists of maintenance work on portions of City streets located primarily north of Santa Paula Street, and from Palm Avenue east to 10th/Mill Street in addition to the repair of damaged curb and gutter, the replacement of uplifted or badly damaged sidewalk panels, as well as curb ramp upgrades to address mobility issues along these streets and other incidental and appurtenant work necesssary for the proper construction of the contemplated improvement.

The City of Santa Paula is accepting sealed bids by US Postal Service (mailed) or similar service (FedEx, UPS, etc), or by hand delivery. All sealed bids shall be mailed/deliverd to the City Clerk's office, 970 Ventura St., Santa Paula, California, 93060. The Bid Form, Bid Security, and all other documents required to be submitted with the Bid shall be enclosed in a sealed opaque envelope. The envelope shall be addressed to the City Clerk. The envelope shall be identified with the Project name, Bidder’s name and address, and, if applicable, the designated portion of the Project for which the Bid is submitted. If the Bid is sent by mail, the sealed envelope shall be enclosed in a separate mailing envelope labeled as follows: “SEALED BID ENCLOSED.”
Bidders are encouraged to visit the project site (which is within the public right-of-way) to perform their own investigations.
