Proposals shall be delivered as instructed. Deliveries to other City departments and/or locations may result in disqualification. Please note that when mailing your response via a third-party delivery service, the outside of the packaging shall be clearly marked with the RFP name. This ensures that the bid shall be delivered to the correct purchasing agent without having to open the bid. Oral presentations and/or site meetings are not required. At the Proposers’ discretion and expense, the Proposer may visit the site and perform any desired testing. Coordinate site visit with the Chief Plant Operator Pete Chartier at 805.207.1495.
