The project is located on Main Street in Santa Paula at 4 intersections, specifically at Lucada Street, Cameron Street, Dean Drive and 4th Street,
No pre bid meeting. All questions relating to interpretation of the Contract Documents must be submitted in writing no later than Thrusday, April 4th, 2024 by 5:00 p.m. and responses shall be in the form of written addenda to the Contract Documents. All sealed bids shall be mailed/delivered to the City Clerk's office, 970 Ventura St., Santa Paula, CA. 93060, by 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 18, 2024. The envelope shall be addressed to the City Clerk and shall be identified with the Project name, Bidder's Name and address, and if applicable, the designated portion of the Project for which the Bid is submitted. If the Bid is sent by mail, the sealed envelope shall be enclosed in a separate mailing envelope labeled as follows: "SEALED BID ENCLOSED."
No prebid meeting will be held for this project. Bidders are encouraged to visit the project site (which is within the public right-of-way) to perform their own investigations.
