Description

The Superior Court of California, County of Stanislaus (“Court”) is requesting proposals from qualified Proposers to provide Dispute Resolution and Small Claims Advisory Services for the Stanislaus County Courthouses. Interested and qualified Proposers who can demonstrate their ability to successfully provide the services described in this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) are invited to submit a proposal. Proposals must be submitted electronically on BidNet (www.bidnetdirect.com) in accordance with the requirements set forth in the RFP. Submission of a partial bid will not be accepted and may result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive.
