The Project generally consists of providing necessary labor, equipment and materials to remove existing sewer manhole concrete collars, cast iron manhole rings and covers and replace with Town furnished locking manhole rings, covers and new concrete collars on Bear Valley Road as specified in the Technical Specifications. Work on the Project shall be completed within 30 working days. The anticipated award date for this project is February 25, 2025. A Notice of Award will be issued on February 26, 2025.

The Town of Apple Valley (“Town”) will receive sealed bids for the Manhole Ring and Cover Replacements (“Project”) at the office of the Town Clerk no later than February 4, 2025, at 10:00 AM, at which time or thereafter bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened. Bids shall be valid for sixty (60) Working Days after the bid opening date.
