20230701 - ASD20 Medical Insurance

The Academy District 20 (of El Paso County) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide fully insured medical and prescription drug coverage to Academy District 20 in accordance with the scope of service specified. Each Offeror is requested to also provide a Risk Share Arrangement in tandem with the fully insured contract as an alternative hybrid funding arrangement. Level-Funding and Minimum Premium samples may be included.
Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc. (GBS) a division of Arthur J. Gallagher has been retained by Academy District 20 of El Paso County as their benefit consultant. Representatives from GBS are assisting Academy District 20 with review and analysis of all proposals submitted relating to their benefit programs. GBS will be providing consulting services and review of financials only. Final selection of carriers and/or vendors to be contracted with will be done at the sole discretion of Academy District 20.
