24-NR-0205 - Foothills Elementary School Health Room Reconfiguration

Academy District 20 is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to demo the existing nurse’s office/sick room, enlarge the space and install an ADA compatible restroom by relocating all necessary plumbing, electrical and sanitary sewer as specified on the attached construction drawings. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work in accordance with this solicitation, specifications, and attachments. The Contractor is responsible for providing proper health and sanitation facilities for its employees, in compliance with any rules and regulations of the State Board of Health or any other bodies having jurisdiction. The contractor shall possess all required certifications and/ or licenses, in good standing, as required by all applicable National, State & Local codes to perform the scope of work as shown in the Construction Documents. The contractor is responsible for obtaining all applicable permits and inspections as required to satisfy all applicable National, State & Local code requirements.
