ITB-RH- 14-050 - District Wide Glass Replacement and Repair As-Needed

Summary of Specifications:
Adams 12 Five Star Schools is seeking a vendor to supply glass repair & replacement services on an as-needed basis throughout the District. Successful vendor(s) must be able to meet the following requirements: A. Must be able to repair/replace all types of glass including, but not limited to the following: a. Store front doors b. Windows of all types; including single and double pane c. Glass trophy cases, show cases & glass shelves d. Curtain walls e. Window tinting B. Vendor(s) must be able to respond within 2-3 hours in case of an emergency and be willing to schedule repairs to avoid disrupting classes. C. Vendor must provide direct contact information in case of an emergency that may occur after hours, on weekends, and holidays. D. All work is to be inspected and approved by District Maintenance personnel upon completion. E. All employees working on District property must Follow district check in procedures, pass a background check and wear required District identification.
