RFP-CD-15-013 - Mail Room System and Services

Summary of Specifications:
This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been developed to seek proposals from qualified Mail Room System and Service Providers in accordance with District Superintendent Policies and the specifications listed in this RFP. This RFP is issued to invite vendors to submit proposals based on the following requirements outlined below. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any irregularities in any bids or in the bidding, and to be the sole judge of the merit and qualifications of products and services offered, and may accept whatever bid is deemed to be in the best interest of Adams 12 Five Star School District. The award of this RFP may either be a group award for the entire project or a split award. If a split award is decided to be in the best interest of the District, each vendor will be notified as to their overall responsibilities to ensure a successful implementation of this project. Once proposals have been received and reviewed by the District, the list of vendors may be short listed in order to conduct site surveys and vendor presentations.
