• Mandatory walkthrough of location to gain full understanding of entire scope and size of project. • Excavate and spot repair exiting 4” sewer pipe at foundation wall of boys and girls club. Should the repair be needed inside the foundation wall, tunneling under the foundation wall from exterior to repair any damaged areas in the interior of the building. • Concrete removal and repair. • (5) Year parts and labor warranty. • Permit fees and inspections. • City and State tax. • Work performed during regular hours. • Price to include excavation, plumbers, laborers, pipe, fittings, bedding, back fill, compaction, concrete & asphalt patch, clean up, haul away. • Completion date August 18, 2014.
