Through this Request for Proposal (herein and after referred to as the “RFP”) process, Adams County School District 14, (herein and after referred to as the “District”) and Adams 14 Schools Succeeds, (herein and after referred to as the “A14SS”), is seeking bids/proposals from qualified firms (herein and after referred to as the “Supplier”) to aid in the search of candidates to fill the Superintendent role at the district, anticipated to start in July of 2021. The objective of the search firm is to:

Identify a Superintendent who best meets the qualifications as determined by the Board of Education and A14SS.
Make potential candidates aware of the position and to maximize the number of quality applicants.
Identify and screen applicants for desired characteristics, qualities and applicable experience.
Assist in identification and the hiring process of a Superintendent.

Qualified Suppliers that meet all criteria will be considered. This Request for Proposal should not be misconstrued as a formal bid. There is absolutely no commitment to purchase or enter into a formal contract. Upon completion of our evaluation of your proposal, we may recommend that a formal contract be established.
